Karfas beach is situated six kilometers from the port ( 3 km from the airport ), on the south-east side of the island.The beach is completely sandy and the water is shallow for many meters in, which makes it safe for youngsters as well. Water-sports and other kinds of entertainment are available for your entertainment. Kontari: Is ideal for kitesurfing. North  wind ( onshore ). Beach with stoned sand, only 2 km  from your studio.Omilos: Mostly for windsurfing. North and shouth wind ( parallel shore for kiters ). Beach with small stones, 6 km from your studio.*The  last 3 years '' scuba diving '' has become a famous sport in Chios island and there is offices which organize diving tours.
